Anne Davis

Anne is an experienced HR professional with a passion for fostering positive work environments and helping companies grow. Over the last 20+ years, Anne has supported organizations ranging from small startups to large multi-state operations by streamlining HR processes, improving employee engagement, providing effective training to company supervisors and leaders, and forging solid relationships with partners across multiple organizational levels. Anne joins us from Paragon Healthcare/Elevance Health where she spent the last ~5 years expanding the HR experience for employees, mediating complex workplace conflicts and managing through the uncertainties and complexities of COVID.

Through hard work and determination, Anne earned her Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification in July 2021 and continues to embrace opportunities to expand her knowledge of HR and the law. Anne is passionate about creating workplaces where everyone can do their best work and brings a people-first approach to everything she does.
